NY's Political Party Crime Culture
Organized Crime Parties
Ballot Corruption by Party Mob Bosses
The leaders of New York’s Political Mob are the City’s party leaders who exist with the Tammany Hall power control template, unchallenged and unaccountable to the voters in New York’s broken down election system. Their headquarters is the Board of Elections. Most under investigation. Their soldiers are campaign consultants who also operate as lobbyists like George Arzt, Hank Sheinkopf, Evan Stavisky and Stanley Schlein, etc.
Party Crime Bosses enablers are the press who cover campaigns only as horse race and simply reprinting the candidate’s press releases. In this swamp culture the political party leaders have become the new gangs of New York. Protect by the DA who need them to get elected.

Cuomo 2014
InsideAlbany:the real motive for "Tax Free NY."
It doesn’t appear tensions between Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s administration and New York Post columnist Fred Dicker are going away anytime soon. Mr. Dicker’s column today features Cuomo administration sources and insiders declaring the governor’s signature “Tax Free NY” legislative push is nothing more than a poll-driven vanity initiative.
Gov $uck-up for upstate(Dicker, NYP)
Cuomo’s Tax Free NY plan to lift the enormous tax burdens on businesses located in favored upstate areas is, sources have told The Post, actually a politically motivated scheme to reverse huge upstate opposition to Cuomo’s re-election next year. The sources, with deep Cuomo administration ties, said the governor hatched the plan after becoming obsessed with the possibility that upstate opposition endangered his chances for topping dad Mario Cuomo’s historic first re-election victory margin in 1986, when he won with 65 percent of the vote.* The amount of money spent on lobbying in the first four months of this year has dropped significantly, with interest groups and observers attributing the decline to Cuomo’s governing style, the Times Union writes: * Michael Bongiorno, the former Rockland County district attorney, writes in the Post that the behavior of Anthony Weiner and Vito Lopez have contributed to an ongoing abuse of women by Democratic lawmakers: * Cuomo "surrenders to the idea that NY will remain 'the tax capital of the nation' bec 'cutting taxes is very hard' " Newsday’s Dan Janison writes that state Republican Party Chairman Ed Cox gave a preview of the party’s talking points for next year’s governor’s race by bashing the Cuomo administration’s policies: Cuomo will introduce his women’s agenda, including legislation to strengthen the state’s abortion rights, on Tuesday, setting up a final confrontation in the Senate over the issue and specific lawmakers are being targeted. The abortion-rights’ forces and those backing public financing of political campaigns are joining forces to target the Independent Democratic Conference, including Sen. Diane Savino, in order to push their issues, a move the IDC spokesman called “bizarre.” Cuomo writes in a Syracuse Post-Standard op/ed that the Tax Free NY program will “shatter” the perception New York is unfriendly toward business. Cuomo’s approach to governing and the dropping of controversial issues from the budget staved off major ad campaigns this year. * Leaders Meet With Cuomo And Discuss ‘Everything’(YNN)
Gov. Andrew Cuomo and women’s groups plan a final push on strengthening abortion rights in massive Lobby Day on Tuesday. * Catholic League President William Donohue writes (oddly, on an Albany, Oregon news site) that Cuomo’s presidential chances have disappeared now that he’s moving forward with a new abortion law.

We’ve been pretty critical of the men who have helped Shelly Silver stay on as Assembly speaker even after learning about how he covered for sexual harassers such as Vito Lopez and Michael Boxley. Teacher Evaluations
Testing NY’s Teachers(NYP Ed)
Under the new scheme, teachers who need help will get it, but teachers deemed “ineffective” two years in a row face dismissal. Will it work? The test is whether the number of fired teachers climbs notably. After all, seven in 10 city kids now graduate unprepared for a job or college, according to state standards. And yet, out of 75,000 teachers, only 11 were sent packing for incompetence last year. That’s right: 11.
