Reunited and it feels so good. Embattled financier Steven Rattner has landed at the "family office" of close pal Michael Bloomberg . The New York mayor pulled his billions from Quadrangle Group after Mr. Rattner left the firm to become car czar (and then became ensnared by New York's pay-to-play pension-fund scandal). Mr. Rattner and the Quadrangle team that managed the mayor's money have resurfaced doing the same job as Willett Advisors. Why the name? Thomas Willett was New York's first mayor. (WSJ)
